Printing online assessments

I suggest a function to be able to print a 'blank' assessment from within the Assessment tab rather than from marking.  This takes for the student to be enrolled in the workshop. 

This would allow:

• the RTO to print and review the assessment placed online, its content and appearance
• Print hardcopy assessment for courses delivered face to face for students who have a preference for a written assessment.  Ideal for client courses that student's names are not disclosed prior to delivery
