Able to auto change the grade of students Continuing Activity (CA) to Competency not Achieved(CNA) if C is not received within time interval

As a VET college have a block of 5 weeks and students need to submit all the assignment and pass all the assignment to be competent in that unit. If students fails to submit all assignment or has not received satisfactory result in all of the assignment within the block we update their grade as Competency not Achieved(CNA). Can we automate this process where student if don't get satisfied result within the block of 5 weeks their result is auto update to CNA. This can save a lot of time for staff to update results as there can be 100s of student who are not satisfactory.
