Inactive Trainer Still showing 'Trainer Competencies' on contact

    Hi Mark,

    Of course. The image below shows the 'Trainer Competencies' area on an aXcelerate contact. I have only posted one that is empty for reference, but what I am finding is that even when a trainer is marked as 'inactive' under Contacts > Trainers, when browsing to their contact (which is still visible because the may be an active user, but no longer a trainer), this 'Trainer Competencies' area still shows all units previously approved. We have new administrative staff who may not be aware of the trainer's change of role but then see this list and assume that they are an approved trainer.

    Thanks for teaching me something new today, Michelle... I never even knew that existed!

    I'm not sure hiding this section completely when a trainer is deactivated would be the best change to make here, as I can imagine use cases where the trainer is deactivated but users would still want to view the competencies.

    Adding a warning in that section if the trainer has been marked inactive would be a potential solution, however. I'll raise this with our product team, and let you know if we decide to make any changes.
