It would be handy if we could filter the errors and warnings when running AVETMISS as we get 1000's of inapplicable warnings and we have to scroll through all the warnings to find the small amount of errors

  Agree! Being able to extract the errors and warnings into a excel document would also be able to assist with being able to allocate errors and warnings to particular staff / departments for review. Other SMS platforms have this ability.
