Individual student matrix

I want to be able to view a single students matrix, individually and not as the class over view?

We use the group assessment matrix overview a lot, but when we want to send a report to a school (we are a private RTO who have a lot of high school students we need to send regular reports to) we cant send a individual student matrix indicating what assessments are complete.

The academic reports only shows what units are complete, not the assessments completed, incomplete, attempted or yet to attempt. Short of downloading an an exported file what we then have to largely edit to sent only the individual student data to the school, i cant find this feature.

If i can generate an individual report for attendance why not one for assessments?

  Hi Corrie

  You should be able to achieve what you're looking for via a Saved Report (requiring you to input the student's name each time you run the report), or via template (requiring you to generate the template from the Enrolment page each time you need to send a report to a high school). 

  There may be a better way, however a member of the support team will be more suited to finding the best solution for you. I'll ask someone to reach out to you tomorrow.

  Thanks for the suggestion, however the reports simply don't work for us, I don't know if things are not set up properly, or my understanding of them is an issue, but it's not an option for us it seems.
