Waiting List Functionality - Communications & Charting

We are looking to utilise the Waiting List functionality within aXcelerate however there are some items we would like improvements on:

 

1. Communications/Templates from a waiting list - currently the waitlisting feature doesn't include the capability to send templates. Currently the suggestion is generating a list using the COurse Waiting List report and then send the template from the contacts profile page. This does not allow us to send bulk emails where we would have a large number of candidates interested in a course/venue.

2. Charting Options - Cureently only Domain Name, Course type Code and in-house rate are available to use. We would also like to see Region/Location field to be available to include in Charts.

  Absolutely!

  It would also be good to have a shortcut or menu item that allows you to go to the waitlist and view all people on it.

  At the moment it appears you have to pull a report or view an individual student to see that they are on the waitlist.
