Additional field in report charting options to run monthly funding reports

We are trying to set up a report for our state funding contract which will display the value based on the contract rules, the record count and the competency achieved change log date. At the moment, we are using a report that has everything we need, but the competency achieved change log date, currently, we are utilising the "Activity End Date" in its place, however, this is not accurate as a unit may be claimed and submitted in the following month that the training is conducted.

Competency Achieved Log Date UTC is currently available under the "Unit of Competency Enrolment Changes Log" report. Is there a chance that Competency Achieved Log Date UTC can be added as a charting option for a combo chart under the X Axis for "Unit of Competency Enrolments - Warehoused ", so that I can replace the Activity End Date with Competency Achieved Log Date UTC.

This will mean that we can set up a report to display on our dashboard over a FY period, which will automatically update each day and will display month to month our incoming claim for that contract and our record count so that we can track our targets and KPIs all in one.
