USI Management Screen: Add export and template functionality

Hi Guys,

In the USI management screen - it would be great to add the following functions please!

• Export - so you can produce an excel spreadsheet of any USIs which aren't verified and send it to staff to follow up on USIs that are not verified.
• Add template functions - so you can send template emails to contacts whose USI has not verified directly from the USI management screen instead of opening each individual contact!

  I think you could achieve this using the report builder and workflow engine

  As Calvin has mentioned, we have managed to do this with the Report Builder and Workflow, however this only enables us to send a generic email. The ability to send an error specific template and to do it from the USI Verification engine would be fantastic.
