Announcements in Student Portal at Student Level not only at class level

It would be great if we could push announcements into the student portal for an individual student rather than a whole class, especially for apprentices and trainees.

Could be things like

• Reminders of assessments that are due
• Reminders of when their next visit is
• Confirming what they need to demonstrate at their next prac session / if they need certain tools/equipment/ingredients etc etc
