Image Library security

As the Image Library is used to store a number of images for developing general and certificate templates the level secure access to the Image Library should be updated. With COVID we have moved to electronic signatures and these stored here as well. Also, some funded programs require certain images that should only be used for that purpose. 

As anyone with access to the Resources Library also has access to the Image Library there is a need to either add additional security access options for the Image Library or a separate Image Library folder with its own user security level for security sensitive images.

  I think this is a good suggestion, we should be able to restrict access to the image library to users of a certain level to minimise the risk of misuse.
