Inbound Email/SMS Communication
It would be helpful if email or SMS communication sent to an aXcelerate contact could be replied to and automatically added against the person's contact notes. We currently have to copy/paste any inbound comms into a person's contact notes so that a record is kept, and is a cumbersome process.

Agree. Many modern CRM's provide this type of communication feature. This type of two way integration keeps staff out of their emails and in aXcelerate more! The time savings are significant and allows skilled staff to perform skilled activities rather than wasting time completing a copy and paste function that could be automated by technology.

I agree and have been asking for this. As at the moment our SMS's are replied as the persons number and goes into our email inbox. Not too fussed about going into email inbox (Although our previous student mx system had it where the students reply was in their student mx system directly and allowed for a two-way conversation), but more importantly making sure the reply is the persons Name so it attaches to their contact and we are not getting numbers and then having to figure out who it belongs to.
If anyone has solved that with zapier or any other way - would greatly appreciate a solution.

Agreed - being able to 'receive' emails and SMS into aXcelerate and those being linked to the contact would be a SIGNIFICANT benefit. Having to copy and paste emails and SMS responses from other platforms is a timely process and prone to human error (forgetting to copy over) - so aXcelerate can never be relied upon to give us the full picture of a student's communication with us.
