Need workflows for CRICOS providers to auto email agents e.g. Letter of Offer follow ups etc

At the moment we cannot set up workflows to follow up basic tasks with agents. e.g follow up tentative letter of offer until cancelled or accepted.

There is no Agent ID in the reports to use to pick up their details.

PLEASE add Agent ID Urgently as will save hours and hours of manual follow up
