Display all attempts at answering questions in single document

When viewing, printing or saving a completed satisfactory assessment it would be valuable if a single document displayed all attempts to answered questions. For example, if a student takes three attempts to correctly answer a question, I would like to see all their previous attempts including the feedback from the trainer. This would show the student's progress through the assessment. Displaying all attempts at questions in one document would make the validation process much simpler and easier, currently, the validator will need to track changes through numerous attempts and documents (and potentially require access to Axcelerate). Consolidating all attempts into a single document would also be beneficial for auditing purposes.

  Totally agree, this is a key feature in a system we use for one of our qualifications and it is fantastic. It would also be good in follow on attempts for the feedback from the trainer to present on the question in their attempt. At the moment we suggest a learner has 2 versions of the learner portal open one for them to view the feedback and one to undertake another attempt at the questions they were unsatisfactory on previous submissions

  Hi.  Is this something that will be looked at?  When marking an attempt, it is very arduous to go back to previous attempts and see what the previous responses were when they are building on information.
