"Finalise Marking" - observation checklist assessment type

Hi,

When trainers are marking the observation checklist assessment type - they have to mark each item in the checklist as "satisfactory".  But then the final step is to "Finalise Marking".

The suggestion is that the "finalise marketing" button should be a pop up so this step isn't missed by trainers, otherwise the assessment task stays with a status as "submitted"
