CC on bulk email from Class

Hi All,

When we are doing a bulk email from a Class, and add an email address to the "CC" email area, that CC'd recipient receives a copy of the email for every person in the recipients list.  So for example, the screen shot below shows a class with 13 students.  If an email address is added to the "CC" area, they then receive this same email 13 times which is quite frustrating.

Is it possible for this to be reviewed/revised somehow so that the "CC" recipient only receive's the email once?
