Cancelling or Moving students

It would be better if a student was CANCELLED from a workshop, their status is made automatically as NR so it is not in anyway reported. 

If a student is transferred from one workshop to another their status in the original workshop is automatically set to NR so we don't need to take a 2 step approach to transferring students
