Functionality does not exist that allows me to display a chart showing all students by state (postal address state) with an enrollment status of 'in progress'. More functionality in this area would be really good. the 'State' against the Class enrollmnents report is not good enough in this instance

  Agree. It would be good to be able to run reports by enrolled by state. The fields exist so it should be possible to generate a report.
