Agent - add to organisation field

Is there a way we can add in an "AGENT" field in the ORGANISATION section.

Currently this field "AGENT" is in the CONTACT only field.

We would like to assign ORGANISATIONS whole company to an "AGENT" within our RTO rather than to individual contacts for our Business Development Team.

If so, we would also like to be able to generate a report based on the agent assigned to that organisation (company whole).

  This is something we would like to see as well. Our BD team are allocated to 'organisations' as opposed to contacts, and currently we feel it's not a simple process to identify who the organisation is assigned to.
