Add a New File to List

Can I suggest that this button be located above the list of various saved files, so the user doesn't have to scroll to the bottom all the time to add files?

  YES YES YES.... this would be super helpful.

  When you have a long list of attachments....it is quite annoying to have to keep scrolling down each time.
