Automated Workflow - Student Name Fields

Would it be possible to add Student name fields into the dynamic fields list of the "Send Contact Template" or "Handle Assessment Status Change" actions.

Although we can search for the student using the Student Contact ID, our Quality Manager would like to be able to view the name of the student in an auto generated Email or User Task.

  100% yes, YES, YES!!!

  I have asked for a similar thing via support and a number of idea forum suggestions are requesting better options for workflows using dynamic fields and ID's.

  Can this please be explored?

  If the student name can be displayed when emailing a file note within the system and the link created links to the students 'contactID' then there must be the functionality in the system, so we should have the option to use this coding too.
