User Creation Based on Assessment Type

It would be great to have a user creation based on assessment type rather than just online assessment. For example, if there is an assessment that requires the student to have access to the learner portal to complete work, the user is created and login information email sent, however, if you had an assessment that was an observation checklist for example and they did not require the student to have access to the portal, it would not create the user. An alternative would be to better control the user creation email. If this could be switched off in this example it wouldn't matter that they were created as a user but would ensure they did not receive a user email.

  I am only new to aXcelerate online assessments and haven't come across this issue yet but I can see how it would be beneficial in some circumstances.
