Responses to communications out of aX automatically save to contact's record
It would be great if there was a way to somehow have responses to communications sent out of aX automatically be saved to individual contact's record in aX.
We send emails and SMS out of aX frequently so that communications are saved in the Contact's record, however it is time consuming and problematic to then get responses from the 'sender' Outlook email inbox back into the contact record.
It would be great if we could somehow integrate with Outlook so that responses to emails sent from aX get automatically (or at least very easily) saved into the Contact's record. Even if that was limited to our 'primary email' and not every user's email it would be a big step and save time.
Thanks

Hi Mary,
Thank you for your suggestion.
I can see how that would be beneficial. If I am understanding correctly, essentially it would be a record of communications between you and that particular student? To incorporate that functionality, aXcelerate would need access to your email account (to read all) and then filter on specifically that student's email.
We will leave your suggestion here to get feedback from other users in the aXcelerate community.
Kind regards,
Rod. -
Hi Rod. We would be looking for communications from any students (especially in response to emails we sent them out of aXcelerate) to automatically be entered as a note in that student's aX Contact record. So would need to cover all students not just one. It is frustrating for staff to need to filter through inboxes and manually copy / paste email responses from students into their records.

This would be a fantastic plugin for outlook.
I currently use another program that tracks all sent and received emails and attaches them to the student profile.
If axcelerate could incorporate the same plugin, that would be great. That way we can send and receive emails in outlook and or from axcelerate and the whole conversation is tracked without having to manually ad a note. It's such a timesaver for my other marketing program.
