Red-flags / Warning for student double-booked into two workshops delivered concurrently
AnsweredWe predominantly deliver training for apprentices (block release ranging from 1 day to 2 weeks), and many students are FIFO or work in remote mining sites, therefore the scheduling of their workshops can be frequently changed based on their work, etc. therefore there have been students who have been double-booked into two workshops (different units of competency) that are delivered concurrently due to the changes made.
Can the system provide warning: red-flag, or a way to prevent the scheduler to proceed if the student has already been booked in a workshop during the same period of time?
Thank you

Hi Yun,
Thanks for your suggestion - we can definitely look at implementing some sort of clash detection for students if this request gets enough traction.
Just as a matter of curiosity, do you enrol students via their contact profile? If so, you should be able to see a list of their existing workshop bookings which may help alleviate this issue.
In the meantime, we will keep an eye on this request and reach out if we get sufficient community support.
