Set all tab-Submit tab

Would be handy to have a set all tab on the top of the Units of competency enrolled table, not just the bottom. Then a submit tab similar to the new Update Enrolment tab that sits on the bottom of the page.

It feels like you're navigating/scrolling all over the page when making changes to the units of competency table.

  Hey Ran,

  We plan to add the save button fixed to the bottom of the page to more areas of the system. The Set all Competency Statuses page is a good suggestion for a page to add this to. We will schedule this addition to be made in an upcoming development cycle. We will also investigate a way to improve the accessibility of the Set All units button when viewing an enrolment with a large number of unit enrolments.
