Resource Library Training Related - have a group function against course/workshop

the current view of this tab only has a huge list of all the training related materials.

 

It would be good to be able to use the course/workshop it is related to and group the training material to make it easier to find and update etc.

  Would also like to see categories for resources in training related materials as well as course/workshop

  Hey Margot,

  Thank you for your suggestion.

  The system does currently allow you to search for resources by the courses that they have been linked to in the system. This can be done by clicking the ‘Search’ button at the top of the page to open up the advanced search and selecting the courses you would like to search by.

  We do recognise that this interface can certainly be improved to make the advanced search function more obvious to the user. We have scheduled some interface adjustments to this area in our next development cycle to help distinguish the advanced search function from the basic table search.

  I agree when working with 4 colleges in one resource library is time consuming. Sections would allow us to filter quicker.
