Add a setting in Workshop creation to make linked class active

When creating a new Workshop the linked class created with it is archived as default. It would be nice to have a setting in the creation of the workshop to have the class active otherwise it doesn't show when enrolling from a student's contact profile or transferring enrolments via the class.

  Hi Belinda,

  Thanks for your suggestion. I have checked with the development team on this and if you are using the accredited workshops feature (i.e. a workshop that is set up with pre-linked units), you should only ever enrol the students into the workshop. This is the reason that the linked class is created as inactive, to manage the accredited units in the background without affecting the actual training instance. This system feature is intended for short accredited courses, although there are other ways that you can link workshops to classes in the background.
