Duration Field in Workshops not to be used to calculate costs for clients and trainers.  Currently if a 'Group' In-house workshop is 4 hours duration when you Invoice the client for the Inhourse Group Workshop, aXcelerate takes the 4 hours duration and makes that a 'Quantity' in the Client invoice.  Therefore, the Client is being invoiced 4 x Inhouse Group Workshop instead of 1 x Group Workshop.  Can this please be fixed.

  Hi Carmel,

  Thanks for your post. I have checked with the developer on this one and this is actually the intended system behaviour. From an accounting perspective, it is best to have the hourly amount reflected in the invoice if it is set up in this particular manner. If you would like a single amount to show in the invoice line item, the recommended approach is to set this up as 1x session which will then be reflected when the invoice is created.

  Needs to be able to show both options to calculate costs for trainers and venue but separate for invoicing.
