    Hi Jo,

Thanks for your suggestion! We have investigated this shortcoming in the system and determined that this improvement is definitely possible; pending further support from the community, we will look to implement this enhancement.

We'll keep an eye on this post over the next few weeks and hope to work this in to our upcoming development schedule.

    Hi,

Completely support this Ideas Forum Post. Promotion codes are used for close to 99% of our students upon enrolment, and it would be great if we could note this on the auto Invoice that is sent, to clearly show the original course cost, their discount and unique fees owing. We agree, this would be very valuable tour business and our students.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Second the support for this improvement.

It would be fantastic to have visibility on promotion codes that have been applied.

    Thanking-you kindly,

I attended a legal seminar last week, which highlighted the importance of always displaying the total price (including GST if charged and transaction fees) as well as warnings around things like "was/now" and "misleading comparison pricing" in promotion.

Whilst discounts don't really really fall into these major issues, the challenge is that students do talk to each other and discuss what they paid.    We have one standard rack rate, however based upon potentially a monthly promotion or Partner "scholarships" there may be discounts applied to their course.   Currently the invoice does not show that the discount has been applied to the rack rate.

It is much more transparent to the two students in the same course that their Course cost was the same it is just one had a discount applied.  At the moment only the final discounted rate is on the invoice which is definitely not ideal.
