Check Points for enrolling students

Hello,

Thanks for your assistance with the AIET Hub. As you might be aware, we have many duplicate student enrolments - we would like to be able to match student enrolments using their USI's and their email addresses. It would be very important if we could prevent the student's enrolling multiple times.

 

We understand that you check student’s emails against email addresses already on the system.
We would like to have two or three check points please if possible?

-Checking against USI
-Checking against date of birth
-Checking against email addresses

Sorry, we have a lot of high school students who unfortunately either type in their email address incorrectly, or that they will use two different email addresses upon enrolment. Legally, we are only allowed to have a student with a particular USI and date of birth appearing as a single student in the system.

  Thank you for your suggestion, I believe this was a duplicate suggestion and Jacob has already reached out to speak with you about the functionality that we do offer to achieve similar outcomes to your idea.
