When setting up a group of students to 'access' to the online assessments, you need to calculate the date for access based on one of the following fields - the commencement date, earliest unit of competency start date, latest unit of competency end date or completion date.

It would be much easier if we could just enter the actual date that we want the group of students to be able to access the online assessment rather than having to try and calculate the date based on when the student commences etc.

You can complete this by date when you access the assessment at a student level but this would much more efficient if we could do this when setting it up for a group.

  Hi Nicole,

  Thanks for your suggestion. A similar improvement has actually also been suggested by our Product Design team, so we will be sure to include this as part of the next round of improvements to our Online Assessments area. This has been scheduled to go ahead towards the end of June / start of July, depending on completion of current projects. 

  Hopefully this will assist you in managing Online Assessments for your students!
