Workflow - Send SMS trigger times

We would like to send an SMS on the commencement date or within 1/2 hour of the commencement date, of a student. It doesn't appear I can do that in the Trigger section of "Send Intake SMS". It will only take whole numbers and rejects 0 or any number with a decimal place. Is this able to be updated?
