Domains
The ability for a user to access multiple domains but be restricted from others.
Currently you can view either all domains or only one domain.

I agree. We have people that need to access multiple domains but should not be given access to all domains.
In order to avoid privacy issues, we have had to create multiple user profiles for the same person with access to different domains. Sounds easy but is not an efficient workaround or good experience for users.

Any update on this?
Currently we cannot use Domains because we have universal resources / templates (that apply to all domains) but can't assign them that way - if you leave the domain blank in templates it means anyone assigned to a domain can't see them at all.
The suggestion we continually receive when we raise this is to duplicate the template and assign to each domain - this is a complete waste of human resources to maintain multiple IDENTICAL templates just because the system can't support templates being allocated to multiple domains.
It appears other clients are having to create similar workarounds which are inefficient to get around multiple domain allocations.
Can we please have some movement on this issue asap. -
Our issue is also with Templates - only being able to assign one domain per template is extremely FRUSTRATING. We can't use Domains for our staff as we WILL NOT duplicate 'common' templates for each domain - it is a waste of human resource effort and a compliance risk maintaining multiple IDENTICAL templates because the system can't support assigning more than one domain to a template.

This is desperately needed for our organisation. It should be that if a course, class, template, resource etc does not have a domain assigned to it, it is viewable by everyone (with relevant permissions of course). If it does have a domain assigned to it, then it can only been seen by those with those domains (except for those who have total admin rights, who can see everything).
