Contact Categories - Pulling reports on inactive contact categories
Hello,
Currently we use contact categories to specify certain groups of prospective students (i.e. those who have enquired for a particular course starting in July, October and January). However, because we have so many contact categories, we like to make these inactive so our lists are not exceptionally long. This does cause a problem when our marketing team need to pull reports to send EDM's to particular prospective groups, as we cannot pull a report on an inactive contact category. This means our marketing team have to make the inactive contact categories, active, pull the report and then deactivate them which is time consuming.
We are hoping this is a simple fix and is something that is able to be amended as soon as possible :-)
