iCal, Outlook Calendar,, Google Calendar Events
CompletedIt would be great if we can add a link into templates that would export a course booking (or trainer allocation) as an iCal or similar event that will populate into calendars.

Hi All
This change should now be available to include an iCal file along with booking confirmations which should work natively with most email clients (Outlook, Gmail, etc). You can read our full release notes here.
We will also be making some additional updates to include this functionality in the workflow engine in an upcoming update and are continuing to develop our outlook integration.
Thanks,

Hi All
I wanted to highlight that we are currently in the process of building a Google Calendar integration. This is being done in a developer's own time as an Overtime project, so there is no hard timeline on that. However, we're very conscious this would be a popular feature, so we're definitely giving it enough attention to avoid losing momentum.
We've also built the foundation for the integration in a way that will allow other calendar integrations (e.g., Outlook) to be more easily implemented in the future.
We will be sure to notify all of our users once this feature is closer to completion.
Thank you for your feedback and ongoing commitment to our product!
Kind Regards

Hey Everyone,
We've added support for linking events and workshops from aXcelerate to Google Calendar. This is currently available in the Staging environment and is planned to be live in our next release on the 11th of August. At this stage this improvement is just for Google, but support for Outlook Calendar will be considered as an improvement we may implement in the future.
The integration can be enabled in your account from the Web & Other Integrations tab of your system settings which you can read more about here. We encourage you to go check it out and hope you enjoy using it.Regards,
Julian

Hey Pip,
We've noticed this issue occurring in the last couple of releases and are investigating the problem.
Part of the issue lies in the fact that the images appear correctly in the article, and the notification email that is sent from Zendesk does not have a way of being previewed.
The best experience will be to view the actual article in our support center as we have far better control of the content that is displayed than the notification email.
We are also aiming to change the way we present our release notes in the near future to ideally to be directly within our system and replace the need for this specific email notification. -
Does this include allowing us to include a calendar invite to notifications sent to Trainers when they are scheduled for complete workshops?
Also where is the setting to include the calendar file when sending a template at some point after they have been booked, I could only see the option to include it when booking them in. - Sorry I tried to read the guides but I might have missed something.
