Option to set customizable status qualifiers

When setting a student's enrolment to cancelled (or in progress actually), we can currently set status qualifiers like withdrawn, with penalty, without penalty, etc.

However we would like to potentially add or customise that list of status qualifiers, adding things like 'never started' or 'defaulted' or things like that. 

This would allow us to much easier report on why these cancelled enrolments were set as cancelled.

  You could achieve this with the use of the custom fields that are currently available in aXcelerate. It's not exactly the same as the status qualifier you've mentioned but it would get you the desired outcome
