Additional Information in System Generated Messages

It would be great if some additional information (COurse Date, Time, ID, etc) could be recorded on system generated notes on contact records where a workflow has triggered a template (such as a reminder) or a template has been send from a workshop.

  Yes! this would be brilliant, currently you need to open the email to see what workshop date it is relevant too.
