Error message field for non-verified USI

Great to chat at the Velg conference!

If there was a field for the error message for a non-verified USI, then it would be possible to run a report for non-verified USIs which included the contact's details AND the reason for the USI not verifying.

This could then be used in a workflow and would hasten the clarification and correction of required details. Often the student just sends back the incorrect information when it's a date of birth or a hyphen or space missing.
