Be able to confirm emails that have been sent and received through file notes, system doesn't generate a note confirming this.

Hi guys, for audit purposes, it would be great to be able to demonstrate and use as evidence, that the emails we sent through our file notes, the system would generate a note confirming that emails have been sent and received.

As it does when we send template, email/sms though "Actions", but only we can attach the learners to be send not to other people; such as, team member, etc., but it doesn't when we send the file notes via email to another team member, etc.

  I agree - this way it confirms that this note has been emailed and hasn't been forgotten.
