It would be great to be able to categorise Note Types similar to the custom categories now available for templates.  Out list of note types is increasing and just listing alphabetically is making this list unruly.  We have thought about adding a number at the beginning to 'chunk' the notes, similar to what we have had to do with Contact Categories, but this requires staff to understand what each number means.  

A Note Category option would have a big impact on staff picking the right type of note for the right occasion.

  I agree. Can AX look into this? Our trainers don't care about seeing the notes that the admin staff do and it can leave it open to error the way it is currently set.
