Merge contacts that have eLearning attached
We have contacts that are duplicates and are enrolled in an eLearning course. When we try to merge the contacts we get this message below. Can you please fix this so that we can merge any users that are duplicates?
"More than one contact selected has been provisioned in our online assessment engine. To maintain access, these contacts cannot be merged."
