Additional comments of emailed notes to be logged somewhere

Would be great if the Additional Comments, and emails sent from aXcelerate when emailing a Course or Contact note were logged on the record of the recipient – the same way  template emails are noted on a clients record.

This would allow us to centralise comms coming from Axcelerate, and allow the team to be able to access what has been sent, to whom, and when.
