Block Template to show Qualification stream

When we choose to link a block with a unit of competency we choose which qualification to attach it to.

I would like for the stream name to appear next to the qualification on the page when we go to edit these templates.  We use the stream name to manage which release number of the qualification we are using, and this information is valuable in knowing it the template is still linking to the most current version.
