Outstanding fees warning on certificate issue page

Is it possible to have a setting so we can turn off the warning regarding outstanding fees from showing on the certificate issue page. We do not use aXcelerate for generating our invoices and therefore the warnings are not accurate or applicable to our business.

  The warnings you are seeing are part of an update to the system in our latest release.

  This also does not impact our ability to issue certificates and a setting to turn this off would be greatly appreciated.
