Merge documents salutations and farewell

Could you please provide an area where you can choose your own default salutation and farewell for Merge documents.

Currently the default is Dear and Best Wishes. Dear is ok but I am not sure if, when sending business emails, you would use Best Wishes. Regards or Kindest regards may be the better choice. 

To be able to choose your own Default would be even better. Every person could then tailor their account to how they would like to start and end their emails. 

I am aware that you can choose what one you want to use and it may only take a couple of seconds to click on the relevant Salutation or Farewell but if you are doing a lot of correspondence, this small amount of time adds up.
