"Add file" button in Learner Portal - file upload

Currently the "Add File" button in the Learner Portal (when submitting an assessment) disappears after the first time you click on it. We have had a few learners ringing in confused as to where it has gone. Are you able to update this section so the "Add File" button remains all the time or remove it completely so the students don't have a choice but to drag and drop files.

  I am having the same issue with our staff too. They can drag and drop more than one but the button disappearing is causing a lot of confusion.

  Other option could be to completely hide the button and add text to advise students to drag and drop.
