Discount for Bulk Buy (WordPress shopping cart)

If someone purchases 3 or more courses, we would like to offer a discount. The discount must be applied once and should not be applied if other discount or promo codes are being used on the shopping cart.

Currently, there is no mechanism in WordPress to identify the number of items in a shopping cart and apply a discount automatically to the cart.

Could we please look at getting this feature built in WordPress and of course this feature must be administered by the local system admins.

  it can be very helpful to encourage candidates to enrol in more than one course.
