Including extra fields in Printed Attendance Sheets

It would be very helpful if we could pull more student/workshop data into the printed Attendance Sheets for workshops.

2 fields that immediately come to mind are:

Student Funding Info

• Different funding sources have different training/assessment/evidence requirements. If the trainer can easily see on the Attendance Sheet whether the student has a funded place, it can be a trigger to follow up on funding specific requirements - such as Training Records, Training Plans, Monthly Logs, etc.

Workshop ID

• Having the Workshop ID printed on the physical attendance sheet makes it easier to search for and find the workshop later on if the attendance data needs to be recorded in the workshop after the fact (possibly due to no internet access during class to record attendance info directly into the workshop) or to attach a scanned copy of the attendance sheet to the workshop notes.

  I think this is a good idea too. Relevant info for us would also include a short description of the course linked from the workshop type.

  The Print Attendance sheet where the list of students are, does have the ability to pull in custom fields from parts of the system. However if you require further customisation of the attendance sheet you can create your own attendance template with the fields that you require. Fields that related to enrolments won't necessarily be able to be pulled onto a template generated from the workshop. 

  You can create a template and generate it from the accredited linked class and some of the workshop fields are now able to be utilised in the template.
