Link follow ups to email automation

Linking up the follow-ups to the email automation system for a more efficient follow-up tool. 

E.G say you have an email to follow up tomorrow, the workflow email automation will send an email automatically based on the template set to activate the follow-up email automation. 

Understandably this seems like a CRM program but it would be a handy tool.
