Course List Display Columns (need to be adjusted)

Currently when viewing all the courses, the colum for the name of a course is very small and not wide enough to read the name of the course.  But yet the Location and Trainer columns are so wide it isn't feasable.

I also can't resize these columns to make it easy to read the course names.  Keep in mind, these columns use to be fine until recent updates, that also stopped the the way we order our courses.  I have to use constant qualification selection to find the course, rather than them being in the order they used to be (which was alphabetical)
