Sounds super useful to me, providing we still get notification of any errors before the upload is complete :)

This seems like the easiest option given the 5 day reporting timeline for activities being drafted with TCSI

Yes, interested to know if this is something that aXcelerate will be looking at developing.

If aXcelerate are looking for a provider to be a test partner for the TCSI API integration, we would be happy to explore this with aXcelerate.

Is there an update on TCSI integration through aXcelerate?

Good morning Stacey, we will be communicating with our VSL clients in the coming weeks. We're aiming to have Beta testing in progress around August/September of this year. We would like to be ready prior to the soft launch in mid-October.

During our planning and design phase, we will be seeking input from clients and will check in and reach out to those who have expressed interest here.

    Hey Claudia,

The TCSI integration is currently under development. When the integration is ready for testing, we will be reaching out to clients who have expressed interest to gather their feedback.

We expect beta testing of the integration to commence next month and will be sure to keep you updated of our progress and let you know when it is ready to be tested.

    Hi aXcelerate,

I was interested to know how the integration will manage reporting from the optional ID instead of the aXcelerate contact ID. We currently run a script as needed before we do our VSL reporting but with the integration coming this will obviously not be a viable option.

Thanks, looking forward to being able to see the API in action.

    Hi Rod

Will the API be ready for data migration in January 2020 from HEPCAT for VSL?

    Thanks, Claudia

Is the TCSI integration complete now or still a work in progress?

Would it be possible to get a brief update on the project and an ETA? We just need to start thinking about which reporting method we're going to use in February.

    Thanks

    Hi Calvin,

We have completed the integration and it's available for use, we just haven't completed any documentation yet. We only conducted our internal team training on Wednesday.

If you've already registered with PRODA your details can be entered into aXcelerate here: https://admin.axcelerate.com.au/vetstudentloans/settings/

Once connected, the TCSI tab in the Vet Student Loans area will be available.

We will put together some SHOT videos over the coming weeks.

    Kind regards,
    Rod.
